01 Vision

I built a business I loved. From the outside, everything worked.
I was fully booked, successful, recognized.

But internally, something was off. I couldn’t switch off.
Rest felt like falling behind.

I ignored the signals — fatigue, migraines, constant tension —
and kept pushing.

In 2020, everything stopped — almost overnight.
And underneath it, I saw how far I had pushed myself.

For the first time, I slowed down.
Not as a strategy — but because my body wouldn’t let me continue.

And something shifted.

Energy returned.
Clarity came back.
My body responded.

Not through more discipline —
but through regulation.

her.element was built from that realization.

It's been a journey.
